Then why you named it - WHICH IS THE BEST DSLR?
It is simple, best one is the one I don't have yet.

Because i was in a rush and didn't think it through.

I voted 30D because it's the best DSLR I've experienced to date. However, if I had the dough I think I'd prefer a FF body, probably a 5D Mk II.

Stat time: as at 1:46 GMT -6 (wherever that might be)

i. Over 25% of the votes so far have gone to the 5d2
ii. Only the 4 most "popular" cameras have managed to exceed 10% of the vote
iii. The top 4 cameras are all “high end” (re wikipedia) xD bodies and make up almost three quarters of the votes
iv. The 10d has the least votes
v. ben_r_ voted for every camera and is so far the only person to vote for the 10d
vi. Many people will get angry at my stats and attack me for making them
vii. Odd numbered models are more popular than even numbered models
viii. Full Frame make up only 20% of the models but achieve over 50% of the vote.

Look I made this poll up for a few reasons, social experiment being the main one, I don't realy care which camera gets the most votes, i'm more interested in peoples comments

Obviously you do care a lot about the numbers after all ... ;)
(And that's not me being angry, it's me being amused.)

Exactly what do you think we'll learn from this poll?
