Temperature went from about 90° (About 32°C) to HAIL in 15 minutes. This is just before the hail started. Time was nearly sunset, BUT, the actual sunset was very nearly behind me - over my left shoulder - as I took this, and NOT in the direction of the photograph.
The color is accurate, but does not even come close to the majesty of seeing it in person! There were lightening bolts bouncing back and forth between the clouds and the temperature was dropping fast enough that you could feel it go down!
This is one of those times where a photo, though very cool, just falls way too short!
