You just have to learn how to work with the light that here. In the old days daylight film and a 30m filter would get me close and even shutters speeds like 1/8, 1/15/ 1/30/ 1/60 and 1/125 but nothing faster than 1/125.
After almost 25 years you learn to work in it.
Sorry if I could not help it and must write this (So be ready for smile):
1- So is this before or after 25 years?!
2- Did your camera wear its Mask, Filter, in OR?
3- On image #1, the Dr is pointing to left upper abdomen when xray is a chest xray, then both him and RN are looking at much higher point possibly heart. As viewer I am confused or accepting its only a pose to take the image and nothing really going on (Do you remember that President's pictures when reading to school kid, with reverse book kept in hand)?:o
On the serious side, very nice images. Taking picture of OR is very difficult specially from area of surgery due to extreme of range of dynamic range. You did great.
