Nothing like some V8 Supercars pictures! Thanks for posting.

As for CC, I think your post processing needs a little work. Those pictures could really be brightened up. White balance seems a little off in some of the pictures, and there is a lack of contrast and saturation in my opinion. Some adjustments to the levels and tone curves would do wonders!

Thanks Dennis, These have only been cropped and slightly sharpened. Nothing else has been done yet. Plus i'm only fairly new to motorsport pp so unsure as to what to do?

well the first question is whether you are shooting on JPEG or RAW...after that, you should head over to the post processing section of this forum. Way too much information in there.

Check out RAW and the software that came with the camera, Canon Digital Photo Professional (DPP for short). It will open up a whole new world of photography! I think your photos themselves are quite good, you have a good eye and a steady hand. It's just that digital photography is almost as much about the work you do after you take the shot as it is the work going into it!

Nice work, i think the first one is the best of the set, the rest look a little blue and flat.

Nice work on the glowing brakes and the little pop of flame from the exhaust.

My take is that they are just car shots ,and although technically ok ,are like most folk take, get more creative and show a bigger picture imho ,and create a story and atmosphere.

Nice shots. I think we must have been at the same corners a couple of times over the weekend. This was one of my best from the event:

It just takes a while to get used to it. Keep staring at pictures on here, ask questions, play around with the DPP software (or lightroom) and you'll be alright
