Short version: A Twitpic user noticed they changed their terms of service to an agreement that looked like they were grabbing photo rights... word spread quickly. Twitpic changed their TOS slightly in response. People pointed out that Twitpic and still had the right to use photos and to sublicense them. Then... it was revealed Twitpic had just signed a deal with a celebrity photo agency. Graphic Designer / Photographer
