Interesting read about sharing photos on social media and rights, etc. Has to do with that lady that took the cool shuttle launch photo from the airplane window.

Interesting, better PP any photos taken and add a copy right on the photo before posting. I should be so lucky to get a shot like that one.

...And if you do want to tweet a photo, I'd advise against using Twitpic... which revealed some interesting goings on lately. Short version: A Twitpic user noticed they changed their terms of service to an agreement that looked like they were grabbing photo rights... word spread quickly. Twitpic changed their TOS slightly in response. People pointed out that Twitpic and still had the right to use photos and to sublicense them. Then... it was revealed Twitpic had just signed a deal with a celebrity photo agency.
