Yeah the first three are brilliant, I particularly like the crop on the third.
I think with the bottom 3 coming over the hill, better framing would help these a lot. Like if you put the horizon down at about the bottom third, and maybe zoomed out a bit. The 6th image would be quite powerful with a looser framing and the horizon at the bottom third for sure.

But, all in all, the colour balance is awesome, sharp as a tack, and the shutter speed was spot on for the pan. Very nicely done :)

The first few pics are great! Did you do any editing or is this all in camera?

The cars are all pretty much dead center in the frame. Getting the car(s) lower is pretty easy if you choose which sensor point you want to use with AI Servo on. You have a lot of choices with the 1D MK IV. What I now do is choose one point on the lower points and hang that point on one part of the car, be it the front end, door, etc. depending on if they're turning in towards the camera or a parallel pan. Most the time the foreground isn't that interesting unless it's leading a path towards the cars.

I'm not a big fan of the inside of the guard rails. If you don't have media creds, a two-step plastic ladder can get you above the guard rails and clean up the composition a little bit.

One thing is that your images look tack sharp and have good exposure. 1/160 is a good starting point to get some motion into the shots, but try going lower. Even with your 300 +1.4 TC, you probably can shoot a lot lower than 1/2000.
