I recently converted my studio light system to Elinchrom lineup which includes 3 BXRi500, 1 RX600 and Skyport transmitters and receivers. It was a bumpy start, first the rattle piece from one of the BXRi and noisy cooling fan of RX600, as well as a failing receiver. I had to deal with the Manfrotto service center for all these issues. So far I had to say I wasn't that impressed. I had only once when I was able to reach a real person over the phone, few voice mails were never returned. Emails in general were returned one or two days later. They never informed me the shipment without asking, and never informed me about receiving the items. I felt lucky when they told me the part I need was in stock but I ended up waiting for another week to get it in the mail anyway. Not to mention many other parts or accessories that were in backorder...
Is your experience with their post sale services any better? I never thought about it when I made the decision to switch...
