Before the rains came and halted the show. The dust does help mute the backgrounds a touch, and man was it gonna get dusty with 30 cars and 100 laps on the card, but I was digging it on this night.

Great title, & good shots to go with it. Maybe too good. More dust in the wind please! ;)

Nice sharp pictures! Dust is a killer especially at night under the lights.

Thanks, but if you can outsmart that dust its no big deal. Now that I finally found the secret spot at this track to shoot from, I can't wait to return, and don't even care how dusty it gets there anymore, as it'll add to the photos.

I shoulda went tonite, but there is lotsa auto raing on the tele this weekend, plus yardwork has my name written on it.

This track has close to 40 light poles inside the track, and throughout the pits and parking lot. Used to drive me nuts, when all of a sudden last Monday night the secret spot just bit me in the buttocks, and then I started messing with it during a pair of B-Mains and pretty much have it figured out now.
