Help on picking lenses

I have a 7D with 18-55 + 70-200 f2.8 is usm II....

I have $2500 to get a few more lenses and I'm trying to decide what I should get.....

First I don't want an EF-s based lenses incase I go FF.

I'm considering canon 24-70 f2.8

and maybe the Canon 50 f1.4

Any other ideas?

Should I get the X1.4 extender III as well?

I've also got the TC2 mkIII, it works very well with the 70-200 f2.8 mkII
