Yeah, Michael Bosanko is awesome. Really impressed with his Pacman one actually. He's the guy that got me into light painting a couple of years ago. Here's a few of mine, some of these actually featured in Practical Photography magazine. Clickable if you'd like to see them larger.

Sorry, I just noticed there was a reply here. I just use a small maglite flashlight. One of the ones where you can unscrew the top to reveal the bare bulb.
