Great shots, #4 I think it would help all the girls pop even more if the bg bushes were blurred and not so sharp.

Yeah, in hindsight f/7 was a little much for that shot and all of the group formals. I guess I gave up the shallow DOF trying to ensure everyone was in focus.

For your first wedding they look pretty good.

As your confidence in your ability increases your f-stops will probably come down.:D

Funny, I shoot f/2 90% of the time w/ my 135. I was only using the higher f-stop for the group formals. Definitely something to work on, thanks for the feedback.

Great series, the only one that I'm not too keen on is the last one where it looks like a fake tilt shift has been applied ie the happy couple seem somewhat compressed.

No PP done, just the thin DOF from the 135L.

In fact, just this week I commented the same as you on another pic about the 135 having a TS feel in certain situations:

They look OK to me, except that the first three have a lot of dead space at the top. I'd rather fill the frame with the couple & then crop off the bottom when I made a non 2:3 format print.

Great set, especially for your first wedding. Just wish the bride wasn't so tan. She almost looks orange to me.

bannedPermanent ban

First one has a lot of stuff going on in the background.

Some Canon cameras. Some Canon and Sigma glass. Speedlites, and a few other goodies.
