I got my 60d in the beginning of March, I have a little over 7000 (mainly from a recent vacation). Shutter life is suppose to be around 100,000 (I know it can go out at 20,000 clicks or 200,000, it's variable)... Just wondering how long have you had your camera and what is your shutter count?

I have a 1Ds Mark III I bought December 2008. It has a little less then 10,000 clicks on it now. About 3,000 of those were from 2 marathons I had to shoot one in 2009 and one in 2010.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

Two months ago I bought a pristine 50D (my first DSLR) with only 836 clicks on it. I now have around 1500.

Wow, I think I've been trigger happy with my camera ever since I got it! lol Most of you have pretty low shutter counts on average.

I stopped counting somewhere around 25,000 to 30,000 exposures some months ago. I'm sure i passed way beyond that by now.. but it doesn't matter, i bought my camera to use it and not to sit and look pretty on the shelf at home.

end of october & i think it's somewhere around the 2,100 mark.

i don't use the 450D too much now & even though i'm doing a 365 sometimes i only take 1 photo a day & that's the one that makes my 365!!! :)

I got my 1D3 at the beginning of November...previous owner said it had around 14k on it, I put another 5k on it since (3,000 of that in the last 10 weeks), so total just under 20,000.

just under 9000 on the T1i...though they haven't all been me. I have taken a huge number of the shots on it though.
