I got the B+W 3.0 77mm while waiting for this whole lee thing to blow over. I actually like it just fine. I dont know that it is any more or less difficult to compose the shot and screw in a filter vs mount the Lee Big Stopper to the holder.

I can't focus though my big stopper at all :) I compose, turn of AF, go to manual exposure, slide in the filter.

......Order the Lee Big Stopper from Adorama.....from Adorama online, get on their waiting list......When you eventually get it, mention to them that you have an Adorama flier "Winter Specials 2011" and the price for the Big Stopper is advertised as 109.95. They should store credit the $20 difference.

Well, we usually honor the price that an item is ordered in at, but I'm always available for individual queries:Helen@adorama.com

ender78-thats what I was planing to do, but projectmayhem713 makes a good point.

Now, I just have to wait for Lee but in the mean time, I have no idea what to get! My thoughts were to go ahead and purchase a Lee holder, but what (Brand) would fit in it? And, can I even get the Lee holder?
