ID Help, Please

This was shot in Abilene, Texas and looks somewhat like a common grackle, but the eyes aren't right. Also, possibly some variety of cowbird, which I am unfamiliar with.

Nope, not a Starling. Bill is wrong. MIght be a juvenile Brewer's Blackbird or juvenile Cowbird. Eye color might be wrong for a Brewer's. Good luck...

Had not considered Brewer's due to the dark eyes. Perhaps they stay dark until adult feathers are in? The coloration suggests to me it is a male.
