We took in this little stray for the night, he was skin and bones with the heart of a lion hissing out at us. After a few hours and some much needed nutrition he realised we weren't there to hurt him but to help, he then came right out of his shell and showed a lovely personality. His eyes were bulging out of his tiny little head, we called him "bugeyes."

Unfortunately we were unable to keep Bugeyes.

Good on you for at least taking him in and getting him fed. Hope he finds a good home.

I suspect it might be a she judging by the colour. Did you take it to a shelter or a vet? Whatever, he, she, I hope it gets a safe home.
It's a good photo, sort of gives the impression of the kitten being dumped, unwanted, out with the rubbish, but the kitten is so cute and so desperate. Poor little thing.

I thought it was a female to start with as well, but upon going to the RSPCA shelter, they identified him as a him!

But yes, I do hope they found a lovely home for him too, he had so much potential to be a great kitty.
