So I've had a qbox24 for a long time now using it with my 430ex2 but I have a genesis 200 I bought and I want to use the qbox with it. How do I attach it or what do I need to attach it?

There's nothing QBox-specific about that adapter ring. Any 152mm (6-inch) Elinchrom type speed ring insert can be used. That's what Edward is selling. Notice in the close-up photo of a Bowens mount, Speed Pro bracket, and QBox 24 on the Cheetahstand site that the bottommost lobe of the QBox24 is positioned in front of the adapter ring. If you do not do this, regardless of which adapter is being used, the QBox will droop downward significantly. I made Edward aware of this mounting method quite some time ago.
