Yes, that is a 12 gauge Benelli M4 semi-auto shotgun. The magazine on most shotguns or "tube" is located underneath the barrel, that's what you load the shells into.

Good shots. Though, leave a mag ( empty of course ) in handguns always for photos. :)

thanks man, its not too bad, still getting use to it as I tend to shoot high with double action but single is sooo clutch. i just received the gun from my father as a graduation gift - it was his duty gun back in 1980, still in great condition.
