These were taken a couple of weeks at Sydney's harbour. Was approached by an onlooker to take some pictures, the reason I am not sure but he was certainly in a hurry.

The following is the outcome...

For those who must know, compensation was involved. :)

Shots are alright but a bit too stock. Sydney has been shot a trillion times before, and by some of the best in the world. Due to this I reckon you've really gottah get creative with it to get anything too interesting. Try really thinking outside the box next time in terms of lighting, angles, compo etc. Also having half your image a logo doesn't really work for me.

Get back out there and give it another shot I reckon, maybe at sunset would pull more interesting results than night time?

Thank you Angus. Really appreciate the comments. I rarely do night shots so in a sense it was something to add with what I already have. Having said that, it certainly has been awhile since I've done a sunset of anything... but now that you mentioned it I feel like obliging .

In regards to the obtrusive logo, the main purpose is to compose the portrait shots a bit more in line of the landscape ones. Maybe I will make it smaller and hook it on the corners?

Cheers!
