La Vie en Bleu May 2011 @ Prescott Hillclimb

I finally made it to Prescott for a hill climb event yesterday. I haven't been since I was a kid and I've been itching to take my camera along.

My panning sucks! First time trying this out, and it did get better towards the end of the day, lots of failures. I should've taken a monopod along for a bit of help, but as I took my daughter (2 year old) I didn't bother. All good fun though.

There are some winners there, great work! I know my first time trying out panning at a track event didn't result in many keepers, but those are good!

That Veyron SS really makes me jealous I wasn't there!! What a car...

I love the b/w conversion,really good.

Cheers I can't believe I haven't got out and done this sooner, it's great fun!

Although I did swear out loud a couple of times when my elbow knocked the fence whilst I was trying to pan....!
