Peggy's Cove is one of my favorite places on the planet! I"m heading there myself in a few weeks. You did a great job with these pics. did you get any of the lighthouse as well, or was it too foggy?

Wow! These shots are absolutely fantastic!
Which of your lenses did you use, and at what aperature?
Also, did you use your flashes off camera? Am I seeing a natural shadow or one from the flash in the first picture? Either way, it definitely works.
This is inspirational to me that amazing pictures can be taken on days with adverse conditions!

1. 50 mm f/1.2 @ f2, 1/4000th, -1/3 ev
2. 85 mm f/1.8 @ f5.6, 1/320th
3. 85 mm f/1.8 @ f5.6, 1/400th
4. 85 mm f/1.8 @ f5, 1/640th, -2/3 ev
5. 70-200 f/4 @ f8, 1/400th

Used a 430 and 580 off camera with the pocket wizard mini and flex. Camera in AV mode, dial in exposure comp to suit my taste. Both lights set to cross light - 45 degree left and right a few feet higher than subjects.

Great photos. I think that the foggy Peggy's Cove shots are some of the nicest.
