Received last week and decided to post some pictures with my observations for those who are planning to buy them
For the cactus I ordered fron Gadget infinity. They came fast ( ordered the normal less expensive method of shipping)
The packagee was excelent ... with a foam that really protect the equipments. The DUO comes with 2 transceiver, 2 stand,4 batteries and pc sync cable. also a 3.5mm plug cable and a 6.35mm plug adapterI have made some test and they work fine so far
Some thing that I would like to say about working or hadling this DUO
-they are plastic so you have to take care of them .I am saying this because (at least mine ) is not very easy to insert the metal hot shoe base in your camera or insert a flash in the hot shoe of the Cactus . I mean I did had to push very strong to properly put both CActus and flash in their positions
- The wheel that comes to tigthen and lock the Cactus in the hot shoe ( I dont have fat fingers) is difficult to reach, so be aware that if you have big fat fingers you probably need "something" to lock the Cactus
[About the YN flashes,, I am not going to talk about the power or GN for this speedlites ( there are more authorized voices in this forum for that)
I got the 468 and the 460 ii . They both have metal foot on your hand you will ( I did at least) a feel that this flashes are not very tough( like the 550ex ii) but they do the work . Just be aware that the battery door is very weak , easy to brake and it doeas not have 2 hinges to properly fix the door in its place. It only have 1 weak hinge that makes the door relativily hard to close and makes the door to tilt or move too much.

I have a few YN 560 flashes and four cactus V5's. I agree with you in the locking wheel not being very user friendly but I find that these units are tough. Also, my YN flashes feel just as well built as my Canon Speedlites and have been great. I have been using these for months and really like them allot. maybe the 460 series flashes are not as robust, but the 560's are great. Just my 2 cents.
