Senior Portraits, Spring 2011

I thought I'd share a few of my latest . . . I first took Senior portraits last fall and was quite pleased with the results; they were of my daughter and a close, family friend. Well, another close, family friend is graduating and they had no plans to get portraits, so I offered as a graduation gift. It was fun to do it again (even at almost 8 mos. pregnant!) and in a spring setting. Currently, I don't have a business, but if/when I do, I'd love to start with Senior portratis. Here are some favorites (there are more on my Flickr.)

Great shots! I like them. The only critique I would say is the red spots in her eyes in 1, 2, 4,5. I assume that is from what you are wearing. I would zoom into them and snip those out in PP. Other than that - very nice shots.

Wow, you have a keen eye! I've zoomed in on those several times and never noticed that -- I am planning to burn this this week, so I will fix it first (and, yes, I had a red shirt on that day!) Thanks!

The first girl is a senior? Looks like she could be 13 playing dress up.

Thanks -- this is a good little lesson to try and wear black when I do photo shoots (or white as a reflecter.)
