Hi, I've been lurking here for some time and it's about time I make some sort of contribution.
Here is my selection of the pictures I've taken at the first round of the Canadian superbike championship.
All were taken with my 50D.
1 was with my 50mm 1.8 I at f/2.8, 3 and 4 with my 70-200 f/4 at 200mm and the rest with my 70-200 f/4 and x1.4 tc II at 280mm.
The conditions were very cloudy most of the day.
Hope you enjoy, and feel free to comment.
The only editing was the rushed watermark and obvious resizing.
1 : I love the graphics on this one. I'm not into the "bones and skulls" trend, but for some reason I really like this design. Mos bikes in this class (XR1200) were really neat looking.
2 : Jordan Szoke, multiple Canadian supersport and superbike champion.
3 : The BMWs are really popular amongst the racers this year.
4 : Francis Martin doing some pretty intense trail-braking.
5 : Andrew Nelson outbreaking a fellow racer.
6 : Noriyuki Haga fan on a Kawasaki.
7 : Almost collector grinding.
8 : Natalie Provost, one of the few woman competing in the man's world that is motorcycle racing.
Thanks for watching!
