And your point is what? That you can copy and paste also.

Photo #2: As a work of the U.S. federal government, the image is in the public domain.
Either way bro, rules are rules.

I Enjoy this Forum as much as the next guy. Just looking out. If someone gets there feelings hurt because I point out rules, well hopefully they will learn next time. Also hopefully Read the rules of the Forum and abide by them Maybe a polite PM to the offending poster might be more acceptable etiquette. FWIW

FWIW I didn't see anything rude in his post and I've seen this rule pointed out in the forums many times. I'm not sure why you are giving buff-guy such a hard time? Marc

Because people need to get a clue about copyright and not get their knickers in a twist every five minutes.

The rules that were posted are meaningless as far as the Capa and Lange images are concerned. One might also suggest that if those images aren't immediately recognised, then you've got no right to call yourself a photographer! Like I said: I have seen the rules pointed out many times in this forum and I have never seen it followed by the disclaimer "...unless the photo is designated public domain". Marc

If so, I quit. Yep. I did the eye dropper in post to correct white balance, but didn't do anything to change the color levels. Like to try and keep the color as natural as possible when shooting outdoors. Canon 5D2 > 35L-85L-135L
