Turns out the lens had some mould in it pre-service. I don't want to take the chance with it now even though it's been cleaned and re-sealed. I'll either buy new or buy a different second hand one

Eddie, I bought mine from eBay 6 months old for £1,125 in August... so you can certainly get better deals than the £1,100 for a 7 year old one imho.

On a lighter note, here's one of my wife's 2nd 20th Birthday . We had a fabulous lunch at the Plough Inn in Rede, near Bury St Edmunds in England. The timing was perfect as this was the last day they had their Christmas decor up. They sure made for great bokeh balls. However, with the 85L, I could not get enough field of view to capture the bokeh balls. So this is a 10 shot Brenizer with the 85L at 1.8, which equates to something like a 47mm at 1.0. Hope you like it.
