For a quick weekend visit to my girlfriend in Minnesota, I packed just a 6D, a CPS-loaner 85/1.2II, and my 24/1.4II. Throughout the weekend, I kept thinking to myself about how limiting and impractical this lens is when used on its own (for all but the most specific, planned images, I mean.) However, as with many lenses in the past which I've found pleasantly surprising, now that I'm flipping through the images, I can easily see why this is many folks' favorite lens. First three @1.2, fourth @4.0

I like shot one a lot. Shot three too but there is a red cap on a pipe that is in the focus plane, I can't stop looking at it. Maybe you should soften it if you see the same thing.
