It was an extremely windy day which made any kind of panning a nightmare, you'd get halfway through a swing and then the wind would take you. Even static shots were difficult to keep steady a lot of the time.
On the plus side it barely rained, there were a couple of extremely light showers that were gone before they really got going.

Not sure why the owner of the BMW 4x4 in the background parked it on the incline as there was loads of room in the various car parks, possibly just showing off. This E30 stood out amongst the BMW racers which were all newer models.

The trucks in the background of this were brightly coloured, the barriers were green and yellow & the car was mostly white. I felt it got a bit lost in amongst everything so I opted to desaturate everything else to bring attention back to the car.

This is the opposite to the above, the car is black in a predominantly light and muted green scene (it's further down the straight, past the bright trucks) so the car was still noticeable without killing the colour. I think the angle on this might be too extreme though, I prefer the way the track meets the lower right corner of the image in the #3.

I wanted to try shooting through the fence at Clervaux as I hadn't done it before. The general brightness made it a bit difficult as I didn't have an ND filter (nor did I have my CP on at this point) and I was having to push up to around f/10 at ISO 100 to get the kind of shutter speeds I wanted, which made the fence more visible than it would have been had I been able to get f/4. That restricted what I could shoot through the fence to being stuff that was through one diamond gap rather than anything overlapping several like cars going around the corner.
I wanted to keep a bit of the corner and the kerb on the apex in this to show where the cars are going, but I wanted to keep it a narrow bit to exaggerate that the wide pack needed to file through the same (relatively) narrow bit of road to make it through the corner.

Maybe a bit naughty for this section but this was in the paddock. It's had some Photoshop work done on it to clean up the reflections (and some bird poo) and to reduce the distraction of the background a bit. I didn't want to go into it too deeply as the lighting was always going to be a bit ugly.
