FIRST set of radio triggers

Well I thought I had all the equipment I needed and I was done spending money.
WRONG !!

After getting totally frustrated using my 580EX outdoors to control two 430 EXs, and after having the IR system get wiped out by the sun at anything over 6 feet, I bit the bullet and ordered a set of the new Phottix Strato triggers.

Now let's hope they work when they get here.

Anybody use these things?? The reviews are good but how about in the real world??

only 6 feet and it stopped working? you sure you had settings correct?
i use alienbees cybersyncs and they work great

It's the infrared signal that gets wiped out.

I had the same problems trying to use my 580 to trigger other 580's out doors in light, you're not alone! Hope those triggers work out for you.
