Not everyone owns IS lenses or have UDMA CF cards. :P So it can be pointless update for some people.

Indeed, but as above. I have 5Dii but no IS lenses or UDMA cards and I cant speak Arabic :D

you are not the only 5DII owner in the world and if Canon engineering decided to refrain from posting a new revision because you don't need it the rest of us would be shall we say .... f......d. Besides a new release with a few bug fixes whether necessary or not reflects a highly stable codebase which is beneficial for everyone. I can assure you if you needed the upgrade you would be screaming about it and you aren't.
