Proper capitalization might help.

Really. It's about communication.

in case it's not clear...the logo was not going to be written like that. i'll use proper grammar and capitalization in anything i put out professionally.

Why do you have to use your name?
It would probably be more beneficial to have a business name that will stick in your head.
For example, off the top of my head I can distinctly remember a photographer who named his business "Kariz-matic Photography", absolutely nothing to do with his name, but it sticks well!

Don't limit yourself to your name.

well i had chosen gypsy studios photography i loved it and was happy with it but wasn't able to get gypsystudios.com or gypsystudiosphotography.com had to get gypsystudiosonline.com and just found out i cant create a gypsy studios facebook page....so the name is just not working...so i thought maybe i should just use erin avery even tho i originally didn't want to...because a google search for erin avery gives you some porn star.

i'm just having issues here...

Exactly, there is nothing wrong with using your name...

As for the "other" Erin Avery...well...she is pretty?

Have you considered your middle name instead of Avery? Or maybe the middle name and Avery?

Do you have a middle name? Some people don't.
