I'm not sure how to explain the filters for this guy's photos, but I'm curious as to how it is done :)

I have never shot in a nightclub before but I will be and like this (dark and soft?) style. I use lightroom 3 for my photos.

Point Curve: Pull up the black points, so there's no blacks.
