Hi guys

Glad the airshow seasons finally here.

Here's a few shots I managed to get from Duxford. I was there on the sunday, using the Canon 100-400mm wind vane. Was a real bugger keeping on target, but fun. Exif intact. Canon 7D.

Full gallery HERE (external link) 82 pics in total

Enjoy. Chris

1. Meteor NF-11. Trying a very subtle full copyright in this pic.

Very nice coverage, good panning with nice, sharp images. #6 is my favorite. #7 is a Hawker Sea Fury.

Thanks again guys. Was a very interesting days shooting. Very windy, about 23kt winds, which made the 100-400 with its suncap on very difficult to keep in one place. But I wasn't the only one with this problem, so I was part of the weather vane club that day :-)

I think there are two other P-40C's out there,
Flying Heritage Collection's (external link) and Rod Lewis' (external link) brand-new restoration.

Could be only one flying in Europe. Only remember they say a very rare bird, so took some pics :-)

I still consider 1 of 3 flying in the world as very rare!

Me too :-) Nice to see the odd rare aircraft. Old Warden is great for that, oldest flying aircraft with origional engine, 1909 Bleriot.
