I am using the pocket wizards. I do get some interference. So, I mount the receiver away from the set-up with a extension cable.

Very cool....thanks for sharing. Even if I could justify doing that at the prep level, I'd still have to figure out a way to trigger with my feet because I'd be too clumsy with my hands. lol

edit to add....unless you're triggering them with every shot you take (they go off even when the action is away)?

Reminds me of the time I watched an AP photog sit at the baseline of a basketball game with a bunch of pocketwizards in his lap doing nothing but trigger 6 sets of remotes. It was like watching a maestro conduct.

Not even close. Was more concerned with foul balls hitting my car in the parking lot:cool:

Any issues with gear security? I mean, it looks like anyone can come along and just grab your gear?

I would love to see a pic of how you have the pw's setup. I also have interference going on most of the time. I have tried many different things to avoid this interference, including raising the pw higher with a stake and keeping them away from metal. There are many different tips and tricks out there but have not found a real solution yet. Thanks...
