Took a trip to the nation zoo in DC today, it was neat - these are assorted shots I thought turned out OK... C & C welcome.

haha thanks - yeah that lizard (which was some kind of island iguana) was like four feet long!! Crazy. The lighting in the first one might look that way b/c of what i did in LR3 pp, just played with the exposure a bit, b/w, and some vignetting.  not a Nikon shooter but is that one of their older super-teles?
