Maybe if you pixel peep you might see movement in the trees. CS5 does a great job with ghosting. Much better than previous versions.

That shot is a 3 shot HDR. Did adjustments through merge to HDR Pro in CS5. Boosted contrast and vibrance a bit. Did some layer mask work to do selective sharpening and noise reduction. I fixed the distortion in LR before merging in CS using the lens profile for the sigma 10-22 3.5 as no tokina profile exists. I know a few have created but that one works very well.

Your results were worth the effort. :) I am usually too lazy to go through all that for one photo, especially when I have so many to process, plus a backlog of overdue ones. Once in a while, if I really feel like it or do it for a contest/challenge, then I'll put in a lot more effort.

I am still on CS4, haven't had a chance to try CS5 yet. I am so eager to try out content aware fill, and how it handles HDR compared to previous versions. I generally use Photomatix for HDR.

Thanks Mel! I've actually thought about getting rid of the small pedal on the lower left by either cloning it out or using the content aware fill in CS5. I agree it's distracting. :/

Actually, I meant that I don't really like the left side. Most distractions attract your eye, this one I don't want to look at. I think it's just because the colour changes. It is good that I want to look to the right though.

It was at the LCBO, first time I've ever been carded there. Never was carded at the bar on campus or at restaurants. Most bars ID everyone coming in, no exceptions. Always get carded at the bowling alley. The one night my 17 year old friend walked in without having to show ID, 5 feet behind her, I got stopped.

Dang, that sucks.

I like getting carded, makes me feel young. Both Safeway (a major supermarket chain) and Costco have NOT carded me before... I don't look that old do I?

From the pic I have seen of you, you look like 25-26 at most, which is close to your actual age. :)

Thanks man. It does take some time which is why I only post pictures every few months

You know I used to use photomatix but CS5 HDR Pro is so good to haven't gone back to it!

I understand what you mean. I could try two versions since I like the color change. Might just make that my desktop background. :D

All flower shots with the 100L. This is a stellar lens!

Great shots... that lens was on my list... until the new Sigma 150 was announced... I still may want a 100L someday...

Hmm... I haven't tried HDR with CS5 yet. I should dig up some of my old shots and try them. I did do them with Elements and really liked it.

Sooo.... I bought three oranges today. Ate one at baseball and decided to have another one now. Well, this is most certainly a grapefruit on the inside!

Along with the 70-200 F4 IS, Tokina 11-16 and Sigma 50 1.4
