I'm off to bed kids. Gotta get up early! Peace!

Seeya JD. I may be in your neck of the woods sometime later this month, we should meet up for a beer or something.

I would have opted for a waffle, but solid choice. :)

Whoa, we're gettin' serious here now!

Where's this aptitude test? I've passed many mechanical aptitude tests in my time, does that count?

Sometimes my local craigslist makes me laugh, and cry at the same time...

Your 7D has just as good IQ as most FF bodies as it is. Invest in lenses/accessories/lighting and you won't go wrong young padawan.

Ya I've learned in the part few days that gear isn't everything. Thy didn't mean I'm not going to buy the most expensive stuff it's just that now I got that drilled into my mind. I also think the 7d with 8fps will be better in the water.

I like that head. What model gitzo?

Get Omar to tell you his age. ;) He's only a few months older than me. Also, I did say it several threads back, if you would like to search, lol.

Oh yeah, I am definitely not as old as Roger. :p:lol:

And may the Bluebird of Happiness decorate your windshield.

Awesome story Tony! :D Now, you got a bike that's rideable and you can get around locally too! I would be happy too!

Yeah, it's nice to have a touch of freedom back! Right now the bike is staying an a middle gear which is perfect for all-around riding with just the ups and downs we have around here. I took it for a spin earlier and didn't get hit with the exhaustion I did from just a short bit on the one speed, so I'm a happy camper!

did you look out your bib so you can be as cool as these guys Tony

Heh, Martin, no special outfit -- no spandex, no "special" shorts!
