I am surprised you seasoned your steak..

you know I ate at a small resto once with a foreigner owner...not sure if he is American or what. but damn steak has no marinate nor anything seasoned on it... after it was given to me they handed me a steak sauce, ketchup and whatever sauce they had
weird!!

I asked the waitress and she said ohh those foreigners love em like that, just add all the seasoning after

OK, now that I saw the other names for it, I have seen it before. There is a grocery store in town here that has it sometimes. It's usually listed as a 'custard apple' here. Never eaten one, but have always wanted to try one. I've heard they are good.
