hahaha... ohh  even passports used to be falsified here as well...but since passports need some chips or barcode now, its not possible anymore hehe

actually those renewal centers have almost no chance of corruption coz its so freaking easy to do everything already..its like 4 steps only.

1. get the form
2. go to urine test (beside the Land transport office)
3. come back and submit test and form
4. picture taking

then you wait for a few minutes and your ID card comes out.

and its air conditioned too so people tends to be more relaxed and not in a hurry hehe

do the same thing on their main office though and it could take forever...that's where those "Fixers" come in

Steven but what if you need one without our actual name on them ;)

ohhh if that's what you need, you don't even have to go to any government offices

there's a strip(street) in Manila where they could make you become a Doctor, a Lawyer and whatever you want complete with Signature and School Seal Diploma
and whatever false documents you need..government tried to arrest them all etc..but a lot of them still exists

these are primarily patronized by a lot of undergrads that wants to apply for work whether local or abroad

Yup.

The last few years with the crazy economy should be a wake-up call. Just because you're sittin' pretty with a big house, lots of toys, and a high paying job doesn't mean you're gonna stay there. Sure, I know of lots of people who have come from nothing and made it big time. They know how to work and will always be able to work. But those who have had everything handed to them will have a much harder time trying to survive.

They'll have a much harder time getting sympathy from the rest of us, too.

JULIAN!!! do you have a leveling base? I can't understand what it does

I mean why do you need a leveling base under your ballhead when you can already do that with the ballhead? (well yeah unfortunately I can't do it most of the time haha)

A level is used to....level.

Seriously, those level bases are made to level the tripod if the tripod doesn't have one. If the level is built into the tripod, no need to buy those bases. :) Got it? :)

My focus point allows me to shoot straight. I just measure up the box with the horizon.

both Sigma 12-24mm + Tamron 28-75mm + $125 for their 16-35mm f/4
or + $500 for their 24-70mm f/2.8 :D

I told them I will fly to Manila personally to hand them the lens
