I don't see a price drop for the SX130.
It went down from $229 to $194-$199 a few weeks ago and hasn't changed since.

The SX110 was announced on Aug 26, 2008.
The SX120 was announced on Aug 19, 2009.
The SX130 was announced on Aug 19, 2010.

We can both guess when the SX140 will be announced.

I live in Western Canada & the SX130 was $249 at my local London Drugs Store a week ago. Then noticed today that Black,s was $199,checked London Drugs on line & they were $198.88.
Drove down to LD & bought the SX130.:)

I am still using XP & have been d/l my photos from my A620 using a card reader or sometimes the USB cord & IE.
Can I still do it this way with the SX130.
I have my A620 & intend to still use it I love that articulating LSD , but wanted a longer zoom etc.
Thanks for your help. Storm

Congratulations!

You'll be able to download the same way from the SX130,
but you'll end up having all photos from both cameras in the same folders.
