I need help with DPP help.
It's just not opening. I have the latest version 3.10.1/Windows Vista. Tried re-installing the update. Tried hitting F1...nothing

Anyone else ?

I've just tried mine and help works OK. Not that this helps you...

Did the Help work before you installed the Upgrade.
You might need to uninstall it completely, re-install the original from the CD making sure you install the help files, and then download and install the upgrade.

If for any reason you cannot get it to work, you can always download the PDF manual from Canon

It worked before, thought is was something with the update.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled and ran the update.........All good now
