I was reading that Speedo heads are compatible with Norman packs via a cable. If this is true, how do the Norman packs compare to the Speedotron. I saw that the 900 series packs has a 5 stop adjustment in 1/10th increments. It also looks like you can adjust the two channels independently. Their website didn't show a ton of info, so do the Norman packs work like this and would it be worth purchasing Norman packs and cables to work with my lights or should just ditch that idea and stick with what I have.

Grass is greener syndrome?

Speedotron users, untie!

Keep in mind there are two grades of Speedotron...Black line, and Brown line.

I guess I should have mentioned that I already have 5 202VF heads, a 1205cx pack and a 405cx pack.

Personally, I would stick with the Speedo Packs.....
You can convert the 500 Series Norman Packs over to fit Speedo Heads, but in the end, the Speedo Packs simply just out perform the older Norman Packs.
