I would say a little fill flash would have helped open up her face just a little. Right now the dress seems like the center of attention, not the fact that it is a portrait. Great DOF tho :)

The face is very dark. Use a reflector or some flash to fill in. Also, pose looks a little awkward. Might work with a tight crop.

Either use fill like the others have suggested or just have her tilt her face up, it's pointed down and in which makes it darker. Bringing her face up just a tad and tilting it to her left would have probably solved the problem.

I like the DOF. Also agree that the face area is too dark.
