How many of you have seen these green scales on your travels, especially through Asia? They are everywhere, in markets, shops etc.

If you have pictures with these infamous green scales somewhere in the image, post them here.

man I was getting really frustrated trying to figure out what 'green scales' meant.. eventually figured it meant.. green scales..obviously.haha​. great shots and great pointer nathan, my one is 7months and insane.


Canon 30D. Sigma 70-200 f2.8, nifty 50, 18-200 Sigma and Sigma DG500 Flash.

Do they function like an ISO standard or something?

What's worse is that I am blue/green colour blind. I was looking at the above photos trying to figure out what the bloody 'ell everybody was talking about. I finally figured out that the scales in the photos were not "blue", as I thought, but indeed... green. Oooooops.
