A nice set, love the last photo especially the lighting and the pose of the back girl.

Great set. The lighting is perfect and the colors really pop.

Some really nice shots and the lighting is very good. I especially like the shots of her in the air.

A couple of comments:
1. Having her against the wall while en pointe doesn't seem right to me.
2. The pose in #7 (aside from her touching the wall) is a bit awkward in a dress.
3. Also on #7, the black spot in the bricks to the right of her nexk is a little distracting (and looks like a bird)

love the pose in 1, hate the pose in 7. The photography is great though, good job.

I agree 100%.
1) I guess I didn't notice they were stabilizing on the wall during the shoot, being at the end of a three hours session (so much to learn about staying alert throughout a shoot!!!).

2) That is a traditional pointe pose, although Karlee isn't quite flexible enough to really pull it off well. Megan, IN THIS SET pulls it off much better. Karlee is more of a powerhouse dancer, than an elegant ballerina type (as is obvious from her powerful jumping abilities). Those dresses were actually their Spring Recital pointe dance costumes. They both had proper garments underneath.

3) ARGH!!!!!! Attention to DETAIL DETAIL DETAIL. I'm going to learn to watch for those things one day! Good news is I haven't given them any images yet and already test removed/cloned out the black marks flawlessly.

Thanx sooo much for all your comments and critique.
I have some of the other top ballerinas in my sights ready to shoot...hopefully soon :)!!!
