Pretty cool... Especially for your first go at it. What is the yellow on the glass? If you an eliminate that and possibly catch the strawberry as it is moving through the water (instead of at the bottom of the glass) would be my only suggestions.

Thanks for that BTS shot! looks like you have a collection of photos which resulted in the large puddle of water there :) I would suggest spraying the area down with a water hose. I didn't notice it in the original shot but there does appear to be signs of a couple dry areas in it.
