If you're feeling like spending any real money then I would suggest you look at a device that will get you much more than what you need and presents the flexibility of using a hugh selection of modifiers with your Speedlite.
An example of such a device is the Cheetah Speed Pro bracket. It allows you to mount your Speedlite and use any accessory or modifier with a Bowens mount. The Bowens mount is incredibly popular and readily available.
Cheetah even sells a 7" reflector but you can go to B&H or ebay or anywhere you like. Use reflectors, speed rings and softboxes, beauty dishes, etc.
There are other brackets available but I own that bracket and can vouch for quality.

I've met with Edward twice and got to play around with few of his equipments and his speed pro bracket is indeed nice but I was thinking about spending something in the ball park of $35 to $40 at the most.
If I end up going with Cheetah product, this is the 7" speed pro reflector for $19.95...in addition to the bracket $79.95
