It was a very hot day for this shoot it was 100 at 7 p.m. when we started so we both did not last very long with the sweat dripping.
Please C and C the photos and processing as I just starting playing around with photoshop. BTW this was not our original location but when I arrived at the old hotel in town I was ran off by security, I even called the hotel three times leaving messages and sent two emails. We found another area around the corner not just the one we wanted.

Third one s by far my favorite and one of the few where the model doesn't looked scrunched up (5 also). No. 6 and 8, for example, looks like she is pushing her head down which is not flattering her. Perhaps sitting up straight, perhaps looking up, perhaps pushing her shoulders back, etc. She also has a nice smile (3, 4) but the scowl (8) looks frightful.

The photos themselves look fantastic - they really pop. But I think a little education of the model would have helped out.

I agree she is hard to communicate with, she is Russian and speaks english but I have a feeling she does not understand when I try to correct the pose. She loves doing serious faces its hard to get a smile out of her. Thanks for the critique!

could just be my monitor, but there are a couple that look like you missed the focus, mainly 1 & 2. Overall, I like them

I was having a hard time focusing alot of the images were out of focus, I think I am going to use a tripod next time or get a monopod.
