how does this look guys? im considering getting it printed on canvas for my dorm room at college. studied in england for a semester abroad so i really like british things. let me know if anything looks 'off' in the shot, or if ya like/dont like it. last time i posted it on the forum the left side was a bit off when it was stitched together, but this one is better I think.

from 4 shots, cropped about 1 shot out of the pano though for the sake of printing size, plus this is more of the main subject of the photo... the rest i felt was excess.

Just wondering did you crop much of water?

The photo looks great to me. It's just my opinion. It'd be nice to see full reflection in water tho.
Great colors. Makes sleek panormaic image

The water is not cropped, I cropped a bit of the right and a good bit of the left out of the frame, not up or down.

thanks.

I'm not sure if this is just me, but it looks like the stitching didn't quite line up in the middle of Parliment. It could just be me thinking I'm seeing things though. All in all a very nice picture.

There's the taller background tower midway behind Parliament, and then the two shorter towers on the front of Parliament--its right around there. Do you mind if I repost your image with the area I'm talking about circled? I'm not doing well to describe it.

Fabulous capture, beautifully lit but there just appears to be some barrel distortion and keystoning ie the building is both falling backwards and bulging out at the same time.

Love night shots and this looks to be very well exposed. Good subject too.

Just one small issue I see too.

It is also showing in the dock line below the building...

As someone who has lived in London for over 30 years I'd say it's a beautiful capture - well done!

I love it! Nicely done. I do notice the slight deformation (barrel distortion mentioned above) but it's 10x better than anything I've ever attempted, and I'm a bit jealous. print that thing and put it on the wall, man!

Hey thanks so much matt and matt for the great comments. I think I will post in another part of this forum to see how to fix barrel distortion? I think I might have done it slightly, but not that much by google searching for tips... before I do print this I would like to make it as close to 'fixed' as I can so it never nags at me when I look at it :)

very nice, i really like that.

i wouldn't worry too much about the distortion, only photogs would notice imo.

you might be able to help it by tweaking the lens settings in your pano software.
