Nice image, there is always a bit of luck needed to get that something extra which the eye cannot see, wonderful detail in the head and eyes - a great shot!!!!

Terrific shot and nicely composed. John is spot on about that bit o' luck. How often have we all felt that..."if only" moment, keeping us away from perfection? But then we're absolutely tickled when that fickled finger of fate clicks the shutter at that just precise moment.

Thanks folks! Luck really is such a big part of this photog game and this was precisely the case with the shot above. I have had shots that were better in other ways, but I thought it was neat to catch this one licking the flower.

Dennis...this one was shot using the Raynox 250. It's a bit harder to work with than the 150 but when you get it right it's nice. Not the lens for all cases.
